We have a new class being added to the PM line-up starting next week!

This workout will be similar to the classic Spin Sculpt workout, but with a bit more of an athletic vibe.

On the bike, we’ll focus on endurance and interval drills to improve cardio capacity, endurance & power. The drills will be less dancy and more classic cycling calorie crushers.

On the floor we’ll mostly focus on traditional resistance training, making it great for those looking for low-impact, but big results.

To maximize personal coaching attention this workout will be 
MAX 12 ATHLETES
